Hello there,

I started a name change at the 29.05.21 and didn't get an answer yet or anything else.

The coins are already gone from my shop and my status is still on pending.

Apologies for the inconvenience. As specified in the name change page, it is mentioned that it could take up to 48 hours to be processed, it's definitely possible that it could take more than that. Keep in mind that staff members are volunteers and that the ones responsible for name change they might have been busy currently. Rest assured that it will get looked into soon; in the case where your name change is denied you will be notified and the coins will be sent back to your account.
