Though it is an extremely unfortunate situation, we cannot restore the Pokémon or return the Mysterious Ticket.

This is because it would be unfair towards previous players who were denied. Furthermore, since you did not catch the Pokémon, we cannot restore it in any way.

 

I know this may be disappointing, but please try to understand. Feel free to make another thread should you have another issue.
