Can't go through mt moon without this happening

Basically my touchscreen doesn't work on app anymore but I can use home button to exit app 

I tried restarting reinstalling the device,app 

I discovered this bug at 2:30 PM IST during the server crash 

I play on Silver 

My username is vsreddyh 

This happens sometimes when I encounter pokemon or battle NPCs 

I am sure there is no problem from my side as it happens only on Mt moon

Please resolve this as quickly as I can't go to cerulean city

Hope you get notified with this msg I enquired with some other players and turns out only android players have this bug as my friends who play on pc didn't have it.
