Kind of new here, I just discovered the existence of temporary events such as the Spring event (2019), which allowed players to sail to Breezy town. Since I can't find Sailor Richard now, I guess the event is not on this spring, or maybe it was earlier this year? Can we assume the island will be accessible again in a close future?

The Breezy Area is part of the Easter event which already took part from 19/04 - 16/05. The next event should be the summer event which usually opens the Vulcan Island Area, there is no exact date for that yet though.

If you want to keep yourself updated with all the different events like Easter, Halloween, Xmas, Summer etc. I would recommend to always keep an eye on the #announcements channel on PRO's official discord.
