I have just beat the GYM in Fuchsia City but i do not know where i have to go now in the story please help xD

If you have surf already then go back to Celadon, head to the roof of the department store, buy a lemonade then go east of Celadon to the gatehouse and give the gaurds the lemonade. They will let you pass the voila, you're in saffron.

Go in and take the eleavtor to the 5th floor and then take the stairs up. The vending machines are straight up.
