Hello @Alain0980. Apologies for the late response.

 

It appears you have unintentionally begun the Cresselia quest. You should receive the option to travel between regions again after completing a portion of the quest.

If you remain stuck, please let me know and I will assist you further. Since this may cause problems for other users in the future, I will forward it to our Content Scripters and see if a change is possible.
