You are able to change hair colors by using a Magic Mirror, which is purchasable from the Coin Shop or through other players in Trade chat. With that item, you can change every aspect of your character's appearance. Keep in mind that it is a single-use item, meaning you will have to buy another one should you wish to change your appearance once more.

 

Alternatively, you can create a new account to select the hair color you originally desired; this comes with the drawback of selecting a different username. Remember that each player is allowed a maximum of 4 accounts.

If you do not wish to create a new account, you can begin progress on the other server and you will get the chance to create a new character appearance while keeping the same username.
