Try opening the chat settings from the wrench icon on the bottom right of your screen and then enable Trade chat. Keep in mind that if you have too many chats enabled, one of them will not be visible due to the limitations of how many chats you can have open. If you do not have the Trade chat option in your chat settings, type /cgjoin Trade in any chat and it should insert you into Trade chat.
