Epithet Posted June 29, 2021 Share Posted June 29, 2021 After consulting with one of our Content Scripters, it looks like you did not complete this part of the quest. Meaning you will have to do this in order to enter the forest. Here is a guide in case you need it. Remember that the Electabuzz and Scyther given do not need to be your OT, they only require to be level 90 with maximum(255) happiness.
