I was in a yesterday and my battery died.. I dint get a game but when I opened today I almost lost 40 ratings??? Help pls. I think I was in my 70s and when I opened today it was 27

I had the same after one disconnection I lost 70rt and got 4 loses for free

Unfortunately, we cannot, in any way, prove that what you are saying is correct, So, we cannot restore any rating that may have been lost.

However, we have notified the Devs of your situation and will investigate if there is a bug or issue.

You can check the logs and see how many fights I had this morning.

If it’s happening with so many ppl means there is some truth.. I usually get 300+ rating and I don’t need to lie for ratings. I was in my 70s so it’s fine but if some1 is laddering and is in his 400 and next time opens and sees 300 eating it’s gonna hurt..  that’s all

It has been sent to the Devs because it does seem a little weird. They will investigate further to see if there is an issue or not.

But for now, there is nothing we can do regarding your lost rating.
