So i made the world quest on silver servers and yesterday i transfered my account to gold could this possibly be an issue?

Normally, rewards are claimed in the server the they contributed in. However, this World Quest is rather unique and the rewards are unorthodox. 

You will most likely receive the rewards in the server you did 0.5% in. It's kind of hard to say what exactly will happen, so we can only wait.  If this does happen, you can request the rewards to be swapped to the server you are playing in.

 

I know it is not a very clear answer and that's because only Walross really knows how it will be done. Nevertheless, I hope this at least addresses part of your question.
