I released my zapdos so that i can catch it again after fighting Nikola boss. After i won from Nikola boss, I was going to catch zapdos. I encountered zapdos on lighting Island and before throwing the ball on him, I got disconnect. Now he is gone. Why should i do ? Is there any way to respawn zapdos?

Your Zapdos has been restored and should be in the last slot of your PC. 

Intentionally releasing a Legendary Pokémon so that you can use Nikola boss as a "free Reroll" is not something we recommend doing. Normally, we do not recover the Pokémon when these situations happen. But, I will use this as an opportunity to warn you that if such a thing happens again: we will not restore your Pokémon. Recovery is meant for accidental releases only.
