I had about nothing lower than 80 in any of the Elite 4s. Would definitely recommend a gyarados with dragon dance as a move and a gengar with levitate, and then hypnosis and dream eater. If I failed to catch it, can I catch it again? the only legendary pokemon u can catch is mew after u've complete a quest. (u can find more about that in guide section) All other legendaries u'll meet are not obtainable. u can fight, but not catch them :) Btw.
