I had about nothing lower than 80 in any of the Elite 4s. Would definitely recommend a gyarados with dragon dance as a move and a gengar with levitate, and then hypnosis and dream eater.

Indeed, Mew (the only catchable for now) is a one time encounter pokemon, so you'll only one chance at it

Well, my favorite pokemon is Turtwig,because he's cute and later he can be overpowered if you got good moveset.
