Can you try using WiFi to connect to the game? If you cannot or are already using WiFi, try using a VPN.

 

If after trying both you still have this issue, please let me know.

    Can't use wifi, i have a box crash so my operator give me some Go to use data until the intervention & juste data it's the black screen; with data + vpn, i can't connect to the game
