Hey, I just got a name change and now I can't see myself in the guild roster. No one can demote, promote or kick me and I couldn't even leave. I kicked my previous IGN from the guild after the name change. Need some help for this issue. Thanks

Hello @Cr1tikal. Apologies for the inconvenience.

 

This is a common problem that happens when a name change is done. It may take a while before the effects are seen in your guild, but it is only a matter of time. It should take no longer than 1 day, maybe 2 at most.

If after waiting, you are still having this issue, please let me know and I will forward it to our Devs for a fix.
