Hello. I started the quest for Charizard Y and I caught this charmander which has the right nature and the ivs are perfectly 90. But Oak said it's too weak.. why? Doesn't it pass the requirements?

According to our database, you already showed a strong enough Pokémon and you need to train it now.

Can you post a picture of what Oak says to you?

It's alright now because I found another one yesterday so it doesn't matter anymore now. I was just confused since I thought this one here would work?? Would it or does a perfect 90 not count and it needs above 90?

Exactly 90 IVs should be acceptable. Regardless, I am happy you were able to resolve your issue. Since that is the case, I will lock this thread.
