I hv 210 evolution data + all possible kanto,Johto and heonn pokemons caught. I got the seen data of groudon,kyogre,rayquaza during story and the seen data of lati twins by bosses. I hv caught castform. Do i still need to get the data of lati twin after watching TV during Jirachi quest? Do i need to fight the 'one time bosses with primal groudon and primal kyogre' again?

If you already have the Seen data for Latios and Latias, you don't need to do this part of the quest. However, many players get stuck or confused later on and it is because of this particular part. So, we do recommend doing it even if you already have the Seen data. Same thing goes for Groudon and Kyogre.
