i sailed to eumi island where i caught kyurem and manaphy, but after defeating kyurem she something said to me that "thanks, you deserved this", but then pff i didn't recieved rr ticket. I even defeated kyurem and other pokes in first time you may check records+ i also posted this issue on discord but they said they "we are not getting replies, post your issue at forums". So please fix this rr tiket bug ASAP!!!

Sorry for the inconvenience and late reply. The CS team already checked your user variable according to your report, and found that you have lost once during the battle, that's why you couldn't receive the Reroll Ticket as reward. (Disconnecting during the fight will also count as lost as you need to beat it during the first battle)
