I got disconnected when i was about to throw my master ball on uxie.

 

And I can't go to birth island again ??

Hey there!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the delay.
You posted your issue on the wrong subforum where staffs usually don't often reply.

Disconnecting in a battle to catch a Pokemon means automatically a lose and therefore you cannot catch it again. 

Unfortunately, we cannot restore the Pokémon or return the Mysterious Ticket. 

This is because it would be unfair towards previous players who had a similar situation in the past that where we didn't refund anything.

 

I understand your frustration now, but please try to understands this. 
I'll lock this thread as we cannot proceed further.
