This is my first post, and I have never really used Forums, so I apologize for my English and doing things incorrectly.

I wanted to merge my gold and silver resources into a silver server so I asked for assistance in the help chat. I got to know that I can do this myself by using the dashboard, so I clicked the buttons and transferred the data not realizing that it will just swap the whole server progress. This is problematic for me now because I play with IRL friends on the silver server, but I have all the things from the gold server and lost from silver. 

If I knew this mechanics, I would have simple given everything to my friend in silver and then swapped with gold for the "merge" result rather than "swap". Please help because, I really don't want to continue like this 😞

I request that you just swap my silver and gold again please. I will not repeat this mistake. 
I will need to take 30 days break from the game if this can't happen and it would be really sad 😞

Hey there!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
When transferring it's stated that you will only transfer your story progress, items, Pokemon and coins to your desired server and not merging your items together.
As the result was from your side not reading clearly, we unfortunately cannot help you here further.
Furthermore if we give you a transfer again, it would be unfair towards other people who made a similar mistake in the past which was declined as well.
Nevertheless, you are able to swap the server again after a month or you have to pay 100 coins.

You are still able to freely play on gold in the meantime but without your friends.

I understand your frustration now, but please try to understands this. This simply cannot happen because if we help you transfer for free now, we would have to do this to other people as well for their mistakes, which can be abused as well.
