got stuck when trying to surf

I have my gyarados with surf and just got soul badge but when I try to surf, nothing happen and I got stuck. I can still use backpack and items bar but I can't move. I can even fishing and battle though. I can move again if re-login but if I retry to surf, I will got stuck again.

Update: solved by close the client.
