I can't find latias in my box

sorry to bother, but when i checked the box again, i couldn't find my latias. Maybe I accidentally released it when I cleaned my pokemon box, I went back to Nikola but he didn't let me catch it again because I used that function before. What should I do now while I really need it for PVP now, can the staff help me?

Hi there!

Your latest released Latias was on the gold server.

I cannot restore it until you have transferred back to gold.
Your next free transfer is on the 24th august.
I hope you understand.
