I have posted above a screen. In round 27 I am doing knock off and I am dying from rocky helmet. Then, as you can see in the next rounds the item was not removed. I surrended the game because I think that my opponent deserved the win either way.

Knock off doesn't remove the item if you die.

Thank you for your report. However, as Olker pointed out, this behavior is intended. If a Pokémon using Knock Off faints due to the target's held Rocky Helmet, it cannot remove the target's item. This also happens if the Knock Off user faints due to the target's ability (Rough Skin or Iron Barbs).
