Can't use My 2x 01 iv locked RRT from bidoof blessing

Hello guys,

I received my mistery ticket and rerroll ticket from bidoof when it was released. But at that moment i didnt have My legendaries with me, so bidoof said i could go back when i got them to use My 2 rrt IV locked. Now i try to talk to it but nothing happens. I did just the 1st WQ and i read the blessing is until aug 7th 11.59pm . Any help pls.

 

My ign is Bryangs and i'm from silver server.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
I've forwarded your issue to the scripters.
Several users have had this bug before.
In case the time is not enough, we will be refunding your rerolls with a different NPC.

You don't need to worry about the dialogue.
We are still waiting for a dev to fix the issue on our tools to fix your issue (You are not the only one who has this).
The dev is currently busy because he's moving to a new flat.
