Hello @Huyddoanxi,

Unfortunately the winner of the ferrothorn is unable to pick up the pokemon and his bid is not valid. The user has been handled accordingly you may restart your ferrothorn auction or contact the runner up if they wish to still purchase otherwise restart the ferro auction.
