if i go into a house. then the arrow keys are not working. if i tab out and refocus than they work again. also the numberkeys do not work

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the delay.
Could you please send a video of your issue?
The Arrow and Numpad keys are working correctly as long as you bound them in your settings.
