When I try to speak to them they say : [ERROR: Function "exist/script" not found or  has not 0 parameters].

Apologies for the inconvenience. This bug is known and our Developers are working on it. You should be able to finish the normal conversation with these NPCs, even if at the end of the conversation this error pops up.

Sadly it happens right at the start of the conversation so I can't get the magikarp at all.
