So I heard phantump spawn in the vermilion graveyard at night but I also heard it requires membership. Wanted to ask if I need a membership to catch pokemon like phantump.

According to Reborn, yes, you need an active membership to hunt Phantumps.

If you haven't already, join PRO Discord  and type [^s Pokemon / Location] in #bot-commands or just DM the bot to check if a Pokemon needs a membership or not.
