Crossing Meteor Falls Issue

I defeated Jackson first and then the team aqua and team magma members came, I talked to them, but in between the conversation I got disconnected from the server. When I relogged, I am unable to cross the Meteor Falls 1F 1R, there's a solrock stopping my path. I saw some guides, as mentioned I didn't get any dropped letter as well. Please solve this as I can't progress if I am stuck here. Please help as soon as possible.
