Hey there,

 

I had one Mysterious Ticket in my bag and I completed the World Quest today, after talking to the NPC it said It gave my 1x Mysterious Ticket. 

But after checking my bag, I still had 1x Mysterious Ticket instead of 2x.

What happend?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and delay.
We are still waiting for the devs fixing an issue on our tools so we fix the issue for the players who had lost their Mysterious Tickets.
Please be patient on this one.
