Hello, i have completed the kruyem quest while completing the quest to get a free reroll ticket but i didnt get any when i went to talk with the boy's mother she just said: thanks for saving my son.

Does someone have a solution for this?

 

Hi there @RIZEprophecy. Apologies for the inconvenience! 

 

The reroll ticket from Kyurem quest can only be obtained if you haven't fainted at all against Kyurem during the events of the quest. I'm afraid that this requirement is mandatory and that the NPC will not yield you a ticket unless you had this requirement completed.
