Hi there @Diego88. Apologies for the delay! 

 

There shouldn't be any issue if you caught all 3 pokemons, even if you traded the first one you caught. It hasn't been announced whether you need to keep them (or not) so make sure you keep a version of each pokemon in your PC until both dates.
