What pokemon were removed?

Featured Replies

Hello! Im just wondering what pokemon were removed from the game so i know not to go and try to catch them. And another off topic question why were they removed?

[glow=green]Pokemons such as shroomish were removed due to hoenn being available in the near future. (shroomish will be really common in hoenn i assume)[/glow]

Is their a list of what pokemon were removed?

127166 [glow=green]Pokemons such as shroomish were removed due to hoenn being available in the near future. (shroomish will be really common in hoenn i assume)[/glow]

Incorrect. Shroomish is a rare encounter by headbutt on route 22. I have got about 5 from this area. But, there is no spawn point in kanto at the moment for shroomish besides headbutting.

Some aren't removed, just changed. For example, Swablu, Bagon, and Absol are now MS-only. (Absol is also now only available in Whirl Island)

Some others, (which tends to be non-Hoenn pokes) are straight out removed. Examples are Axew, Riolu, Piplup, and Froakie. Axew will be available in Hoenn.

127195 Axew, Riolu, Piplup, and Froakie

Those pokemon all were moved to hoenn.
