Hi there!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and delay.
You're not quiet banned.
Do you have the different chats enabled in the channel settings?
You can access it by pressing the wrench on the right bottom corner.

When I press the wrench, all I get is help and guild. Very unsure what is going on!

You can add the channels manually back by pressing the Create/Join button or with the command /cgjoin [Channel].

Here are the basic channel names:
