the message to merge the account does not appear

I returned to play after a while , but when I went to merge the account the message does not appear to be able to do this so I do not know if I had any progress or simply nothing on the account so the message does not appear .

The account you are currently using had no progress whatsoever on the blue or red server. Are you talking about another account? If so please tell me the username so that I can verify if you had to merge (or not).
