Tyrunt didn't evolve

Hello, I'm currently having issues getting my Tyrunt to evolve. From level 95-99 I used Rare Candies and it wouldn't give me an option to evolve my poke. Also I manually leveled Tyrunt from 99-100 and still nothing happened.

It has to be daytime for it to evolve which is from 10:00 - 20:00 ingame time.

Since your Tyrunt is at level 100 now you have to use a mysterious candy since that candy evolves a pokemon even at level 100 as long as the requirements for the evolution have been met.

You can purchase mysterious candies in all four department stores (Celadon, Goldenrod, Lilycove, Veilstone) for 5k pokedollars, for 2 PvE coins at PvE Coin Masters or for 1 PvP coin at PvP Coin Masters.
