Precipitous Posted August 29, 2021 Share Posted August 29, 2021 (edited) hi this is about my alt account its username is Trenchant , i bought story service for my alt account and wanted to set temporary password i changed my password via dashboard and logout from dashboard after that i couldnt login to both game and dashboard with both new and old password i was logged into forum at that time and was afraid i cant login once i logout so i posted the issue on general support 2 days ago, after that i logout and just like i thought i wasnt able to login to forum my account was completely inaccessible i tried to reset my password with forgot password option but i didnt receive any mails i tried with different browsers and it didnt work i also checked spam no mails received.i talked to a discord moderator he said hotmail prevents getting mail from pro and i need help from staff to change mail so i can reset password.here is the funny part moderator moved my thread to general complaints so i cant see the thread now cause thread was opened by the account that i cant login , and i dont have permission to see the thread with my main account this must be a joke. i need my account back story service provider is waiting for me to share my account info either let me login with one of my old and new password so i can try to change again hopefully it works this time , or let me change my mail so i can receive reset password mail. my new password didnt have any symbols etc it only contains letters and numbers and i tried every caps combinations incase capslock was on when i changed password but it didnt work . Apologies for the inconvenience This thread will be locked because you already had another thread on-going with Shinohara. It's not necessary to create multiple threads or tag other staff members if you were already answered by another. You can check your notifications (or the threads directly) to see if you got a response as doing multiple threads. If you don't get a response after 24 hours minimum, you are allowed to bump in the same thread. Regarding the thread moving this is my fault, I picked one of the threads you did and moved is to a private area since that's where we deal with those. Didn't know that you had logged yourself out of forum and didn't had access anymore to the thread. If something similar ever happens you can pm me directly, I could have handled it directly.
