Greetings, my Blastois is on LV 100 and try to get Blastoiz. All Conditions Doctor Ouk I gave I fulfilled. Squirtl I bought and last few Lvs I am Blastoiz gave REAR CENDY. I'm adding a picture of my Balrtoiz. Doctor Ouk says can bit even stronger, please tell me what to do?
