Hello sir i want to complain about my quest I am doing jirachi quest as you know if we want to catch jirachi we have to do same quest also like beat latias and latios + beat that dragon pokemon on sky pellet + beat gyodon and kyogar in sootopolis city as you know I do this all quest complete then I go there on moon to catch jirachi I talk to that shone but nothing happened why why why I don't know can you check that please please sir help me please😔😔

The quest is working correctly. It looks like you are missing some conditions to get Jirachi, which includes : 

• Having at least 210 evolutions (You only have 39) 
• All possible Kanto, Johto and Hoenn Pokemon caught (including Mew and Celebi + seen Data for all other Legendaries needed)

Unfortunately those requirements are mandatory in order to complete the quest. If you're unsure of the must-have you may take a look into our legendary megathread
