hello shurayagiza, i came to inform you that the spiritomb has the infiltrator ability,so even if the pokemon uses substitute, they took damage from the move you choose.

Hi there @shurayagiza. Thank you for taking the time to report a potential bug. 

 

Unfortunately as mentioned by Shiroufubuki, this is an intended interaction between the ability Infiltrator and substitute. We can see below that infiltrator lets you pass substitute and inflict the damage directly to your pokemon.
