I've already fought the 2 heads of the summer event and they didn't give me the mount, I've faced both of them twice.

I didn't do the event last year, this is my first summer event

I'm afraid that the wailmer mount is no longer a part of the reward from the boss on vulcan island. This specific reward was removed when the bosses were changed to python last year. Let me know if anything is unclear or if you need help with anything else.
