My munchlax (i send a print attached) never got the option to evolve evn thought he has been max happiness since level 85. To make sure that he was max happiness I eve reduced his EV's with barries ( I fixed his EV's since).
Is it possible to revert him or make him evolve?

Happiness evolutions are indeed bugged currently.

To fix it you have to faint your pokemon in a wild battle, close your client and restart it after around 20 seconds. Heal it in a pokecenter and level it up again. That should solve it.

I actually checked the forums before evolving him and did that when he was level 99 and it still didn't work. Now he is level 100 and I can't level him up

Once you fainted it you lost happiness so you have to raise it again. Make sure to check its happiness with the command /happy 1-6 (number depending on the party-slot you want to check).

It should be at maximum so 255 for the evolution. I would suggest to try the same process again but instead of leveling it just raise its happiness again as that shoul dbe enough for it to evolve.
