i cant evolve my chansey even i used Mysterious candy or full happiness 😞 please de level my chansey 1 or 2 levels or evolve it to blissey thanks pro 😞

You need max happiness to evolve it to Blissey. The orange bar indicates the happiness and you can check the exact value with the command /happy 1-6 (number depends on the party-slot you want to check). The maximum amount is 255 which is needed for happiness evolutions.
