Good day, 

Can someone tell me why can't I play the game? Hope you could help me.

It's always like this (attached photo) or sometimes its just the loading screen after logging in. If the problem is internet connection, I can play fine on mobile legends tho. 

Hope you could help.

I'm actually using wifi, itried using vpn but its unstable, I always got dc.
