I'm stucked at this map. I can't move or even see my character. I tried to relog, but it dont help :c

You can use escape rope to leave the map 🙂

Thank you for reporting this issue. I have looked into it and the map-link coordinates were incorrect in this instance. They were linking to the old Sweetsland map we used to have, and as such they didn't line up properly with the coordinates of the new map. This issue has now been fixed.
