after, I talked  npc  name rhul. she say." there are  three ghosts on this floor  scaring me". i finded ghost pokemon but I can't fight it.

ps. I am not clear sinnoh. this quest need to clear sinnoh first?

Hey there @oat123. Apologies for the delay 

 

In order to fight the ghost pokemons you need to have a pokemon with the move foresight in your party. Once that is done you should be able to continue with the quest. 

Let me know if that worked.
