I wanted to double reroll my heatran i had 2 iv rerolls in my bag,then i went to the reroll lady and i had heatran in first slot and another pokemon in second slot and thats all my party consisted of, i clicked the double reroll system and then i click heatran afterwards the conversation ended and nothing happened to my legendarys ivs, i wanted to know if its bugged? or is it broken, then i relog and still nothings there, and i checked bag and no tickets.

You probably used your 2 Reroll Tickets to activate the Double Reroll Service. If you buy the service for double reroll you will still need the item called Reroll Ticket to reroll a legendary pokemon of yours. You can use the next 10 Reroll Tickets twice instead of once while the Double Reroll Service is active.

so u saying i need 4reroll tickets to reroll it twice ?

No, you need to activate the service via 1 Mysterious ticket or 2 Reroll Tickets or 1.2m pokedollar.

If you choose the option to pay with 2 Reroll Tickets the Tickets get consumed to activate the service. Once you activated it you can use the next 10 Reroll Tickets twice within the next hour but the 2 Reroll Tickets you used to activate the service are gone to pay for the service only.

 

Well I didnt know I needed 3tickets just to do x2, guess i wasted 1m4 for no reason.
