I've caught Marowak-alolan and owned it, but it still showing a question mark on the map and i think it is same with other alolan pokemons in other places.

The issue has already been forwarded to developers and has been known for a while. There is currently no fix available and might not be worked on immediately due to the low priority of the issue (Since it's just visual.)
