I pressed 'No' when i lossing to boss torterra in ghost swamp maze. When i talk to the tree again, it shows the following mesage and i can't re-enter this map. How can i resume my quest?? Please help me!

I'm so confused now cuz when i try to re-enter the maze ( when 3h43 A.m poketime), i saw the boy ran away but i can't find the detective anywhere.
